Your privacy in Studio

AUTOVEU Studio is a private workspace operated by AUTOVEU. This notice explains its sign-in and account-data use.

Google sign-in

Google supplies your account identifier, email address and basic profile, which may include your name and profile photograph. We use this information to identify your account and manage sign-in and access. Studio does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or Google Photos. Your Google password is entered with Google, not with AUTOVEU.

Your Studio account

Studio stores authentication and session records. Its access records can include your name, email address, user identifier, role, approval status and request time. The owner uses these records to manage access. Owner access uses a verified Google identity and a separately approved owner account.

Signing in alone does not approve membership. Vehicle information and photographs are restricted according to the account’s current permissions.

Service providers and cookies

Google handles Google sign-in. Supabase provides authentication and account storage; the current project is hosted in Sydney, Australia. Cloudflare hosts Studio and its private vehicle records and photographs. These providers process data needed to deliver and protect their services, which can include connection information and security logs.

Studio uses necessary security and session cookies to keep you signed in and protect requests. It does not use Google sign-in to read your messages or files. This notice covers Studio, not the separate public-preview visitor counter or third-party social-media websites.

Account requests

Email autoveuventures@gmail.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your Studio account information. We will verify the request before acting. Account removal, provider backups and any records that must be retained need to be considered separately; this notice does not promise immediate removal from all provider systems.

You can also remove AUTOVEU Studio’s Google connection in your Google Account settings. Doing so is separate from requesting deletion of Studio records.
